The debate raged following comments by Bank of Papua New Guinea Governor Loi Bakani reiterating his initial stand that Bougainville Kina was illegal. The Bougainville Kina, the BVK, is less than a fiat currency, it is a fraudulent, fictional proposal of a currency that has been used to defraud hopeful innocents out of their hard earned or otherwise accumulated money.
